Accounting Supervisor
to lead our accounting operations and support our continued growth. We’re a forward‑thinking organization known for our commitment to quality, innovation, and long‑term stability. Key Responsibilities
Lead the accounting team and oversee daily accounting operations
Manage month‑end and year‑end close, financial statements, and reconciliations
Oversee cost accounting, inventory accounting, and production‑related financial activities
Maintain and improve internal controls, policies, and accounting procedures
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Partner with operational leaders to provide insights that drive efficiency and performance
What We’re Looking For
6–10+ years of accounting experience, including leadership or supervisory experience
Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience with cost accounting or inventory management is a plus
A proactive leader with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
