A highly regarded law firm in the Valley is seeking an exceptional Litigation Secretary to join their dynamic and fast‑growing Employment Defense team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys being proactive, and has strong experience in employment or civil litigation.   • 3-5 years of hands‑on civil litigation experience
  • Strong knowledge of California Rules of Court and civil procedure
  • Proven proficiency with e‑filing in state and federal courts
  • Experience with docketing, calendaring, and law & motion practice
  • Solid background in discovery management and large‑scale document productions
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and excellent overall technical proficiency
  • Ability to stay organized, manage competing deadlines, and support attorneys in a high‑volume practice
