Restaurant Assistant Manager

Location: Austin, TX Base Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

About the Company

Mighty Fine Burgers is an Austin‑based burger restaurant founded in 2007. It is part of Tc4 & Co Hospitality, a group of award‑winning restaurants in the Austin area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH & BOH operations to ensure guest service and food quality standards are upheld at all times.
• Minimize operating costs, boost employee retention, and deliver a positive dining experience for guests.
• Be familiar with restaurant operations and understand what makes for great customer service.
• Be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar hospitality experience.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (e.g., Aloha, Toast).
• Good math and reporting skills.
• Customer‑service attitude.
• Strong communication and team‑management abilities.
• Availability to work within opening hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).
• High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
