Tc4 & Co Hospitality is hiring: Restaurant Manager in Austin

Join the team as a Restaurant Manager at Tc4 & Co Hospitality.

Base pay range: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH & BOH operations to ensure guest service & food quality standards are upheld at all times.
• Minimize operating costs, boost employee retention, and deliver a positive dining experience for guests.
• Work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Aloha/Toast.
• Good math and reporting skills.
• Customer service attitude.
• Communication and team management abilities.
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
