Restaurant Manager Job at Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton

Position Overview

Woodfield Boca Raton is adding to its Food & Beverage management team. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for exceeding all member and guest expectations. The candidate will assure the highest standards of service are met including dining room appearance, hospitality of service staff, and the cleanliness of food and beverage facilities, and will provide supervision and training to staff. The manager will be responsible for the supervision and training of staff, developing and implementing programs to increase sales within the restaurants, and will implement controls to ensure that budgeted food, labor, supplies and other cost goals are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Exceed member and guest expectations.
• Ensure high standards of service, appearance, and cleanliness.
• Supervise, train, and manage staff.
• Develop and implement sales programs.
• Control budgeted food, labor, supplies and other cost goals.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years supervisory/management experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant, preferably within a luxury hotel or country club.
• Superior communication skills, written and verbal.
• Hospitality or management degree or relevant experience.
• Knowledge of JONAS (preferred).
• Flexible schedule, available to work 5-6 days per week, including afternoons, evenings, holidays and weekends.
