Production Coordinator

Position Overview: The Production Coordinator connects Project Management and Manufacturing, scheduling all 2D collateral manufacturing and ensuring accurate production floor work.

Shift Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain the production schedule for all internal equipment.
• Serve as the link between Project Management and Manufacturing.
• Communicate production times to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain communication with the production floor and keep production progress up to date.
• Ensure that all production floor work is accurate and up to date.
• Assist the PMs for overflow work.
• Oversee the production of internal employee request work.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 4–6 years of scheduling production experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Heavy litho experience.
• English proficiency to support training and instruction; effective collaboration; safety compliance in a fast paced environment.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
• Strong interpersonal skills including collaborating, team building, and influencing without authority.
• Technically savvy – interface with all production departments.
• Good communication skills.
• Creative problem‑solving focus on details while seeing the big picture.
• Computer skills – job tracking system and Microsoft Outlook.

Location Addendums

• In Charlotte, coordination responsibilities may vary slightly by department.
• In LF Digital Press, pull & stage materials based on machine schedules.
• In LF Digital Press, perform monthly inventory audits.
• In LF Digital Press, maintain organization and 5S of material warehouse/staging.

Pay Range

USD $18.00 – USD $21.00 / Hr.

Pay Statement

The national pay range for this role is listed above. The pay range may vary slightly based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may include a bonus, commission or incentive program.
