We're seeking a highly meticulous, brand-savvy Production Designer to support a leading client in the healthcare space. This freelance role requires a designer who is buttoned-up, organized, and deeply experienced in executing production work within strict brand guidelines across digital and print. This is a remote role working 40 hrs/week where a computer will be provided. EST and CST based candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ad Portal Management: Handle incoming ad requests, including resizing and production of digital assets.
  • Brand Identity Execution: Produce brand-aligned assets with precision, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Image Resizing & Asset Adaptation: Resize and adapt creative assets for various formats and platforms.
  • Digital & Print Production: Prepare and finalize files for both digital and print deliverables.
  • Brand Kits & Visual Toolkits: Support the creation and maintenance of brand kits, including textures, patterns, and other replicable design elements.
  • Template Production: Create and update templates for presentations (PPT), business cards, posters, and more.
  • Design Toolkit Finalization: Ensure all final files are production-ready, including mechanicals, fonts, and organized file structures.
  • File Management: Maintain a clean, organized file system with proper naming conventions and version control.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of production design experience
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Proven ability to follow and enforce brand guidelines with precision
  • Experience preparing files for both digital and print production
  • Previous experience with Adobe Workfront
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of requests with quick turnaround times

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Experience with Adobe Firefly
  • Experience within healthcare, pharma or regulated industries
