Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Producing high quality, on‑brand graphics for omnichannel advertising campaigns.
- Creating performance‑based assets, including for social media, landing pages, banner ads, and emails.
- Scaling designs across campaign initiatives for internal and external use.
- Translating and delivering campaigns on time and to the correct technical specifications.
- Follow Indesign style and brand guidelines.
- Contributing to an incredible design culture.
Qualifications
- 1‑4+ years of professional graphic design experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree with a design focus or related field preferred.
- Well‑rounded portfolio of real and conceptual work.
- Passion for design and sports.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with quick turnarounds while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and informed creative recommendations.
- Full immersion in the work rather than mere production of content.
- Ability to develop design concepts and solutions based on creative briefs.
- High attention to detail.
- Highly confident in using Adobe CS.
- Strong interest in sports design is a plus.

Compensation
The applicable salary range for this position is \$73,000 - \$91,000 USD, dependent on relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand.
Short‑term or long‑term incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and stock program participation, may also be offered. Paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. Paid sick time in accordance with state and federal laws.
