Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting with service requests. Daily tasks include communicating with clients in-person, via phone, and email, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. A key aspect of this role is to ensure that customers have a positive and seamless experience throughout their interaction with our services.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience to ensure a positive and professional interaction with clients.
- Strong abilities in Customer Support and addressing inquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate record-keeping and scheduling.
- Ability to work well with computers and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Proficiency in email and phone-based communication; familiarity with CCC software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a customer service or auto repair environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus.
