Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide information about products and services to customers
• Resolve customer complaints and escal issues as needed
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies
• Meet or exceed performance goals set by management
• Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
