Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative at AYS Inc, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and their customers. You will be the first point of contact for any inquiries or concerns and will work to resolve them in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide information about products and services to customers
Resolve customer complaints and escal issues as needed
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies
Meet or exceed performance goals set by management
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
