Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
• Assist customers in placing orders and understanding product options.
• Resolve complaints, delivery concerns, and order‑related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with production and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM or internal tools.
• Provide excellent product knowledge and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
• Support administrative tasks related to customer accounts and documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or client support (preferably in printing, e‑commerce or creative industries).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
