Customer Service Specialist – Mankato, MN – Full‑time (Mid‑Senior level)

Responsibilities
- Customer engagement and problem resolution: serve as primary contact, provide information, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
- Order lifecycle management: receive and process new/change orders, verify purchase orders, and update production schedules.
- Value‑added services coordination: manage services such as paint, heat treat, machining.
- System administration: maintain customer data, product masters, new jobs; generate engineering change requests; process invoicing and advance shipment notices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma; associate’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- 3‑5 years experience in clerical or customer service roles.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and data entry.
- Preferred: experience in manufacturing or foundry environment.
