We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiting Specialist to join our HR team in a full-time capacity. This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition for a growing financial services organization with multiple entities. The ideal candidate has professional recruiting experience, can manage the entire hiring process independently with minimal oversight, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where they'll partner closely with hiring managers across the organization and the broader Administrative Services Division.

Talent Acquisition & Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for entry-level through senior-level positions across all Forge entities
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, employee referrals, and proactive outreach
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone screens and interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs
  • Create compelling job postings and ensure consistent employer branding across all platforms
  • Partner with Total Rewards team on compensation benchmarking and offer development
  • Extend offers, negotiate compensation within approved parameters, and manage the offer acceptance process
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance
  • Coordinate and manage the summer internship program recruitment including sourcing, selection, and conversion tracking

Recruiting Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking data in the ATS (ClearCompany)
  • Ensure all recruiting activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline health; provide regular reporting to leadership
  • Recommend and implement improvements to recruiting processes and candidate experience

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner with hiring managers to provide consultation on talent market conditions and recruiting strategies
  • Train and coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices and candidate evaluation
  • Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and networking functions as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • 2-4+ years of professional experience managing full-cycle recruiting independently
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruiting searches simultaneously with minimal supervision
  • Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with recruiting tools and platforms, especially LinkedIn Recruiter, utilizing Boolean search strings, and experience using an Applicant Tracking System
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to represent the organization professionally
  • High degree of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Knowledge of employment law and compliant recruiting practices
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to build relationships quickly with both candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience recruiting in financial services, technology, professional services, or regulated industries
