Job Summary

The Retail Recruiting Manager plays a critical role in driving the success of Prime’s retail hiring strategy. This position is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end recruiting process for Retail Sales Consultants (RSCs) across assigned markets, ensuring the right talent is hired to fuel growth and sales performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitate full‑cycle recruiting for retail roles in partnership with Field Leadership.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates relative to job requirements.
  • Establish interview schedules and provide continuous follow‑up with both hiring managers and candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and select top candidates for management review.
  • Drive consistency in the interview process and elevate candidate quality.
  • Ensure timely candidate completion of pre‑ and post‑hire paperwork.
  • Post and manage job ads across job boards and social media platforms.
  • Proactively source qualified candidates through diverse recruitment strategies.
  • Monitor requisition pipelines, assess candidate volume, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking in ATS/HCM systems.
  • Clean and standardize reporting and recruiting data to ensure consistent metrics across regions.
  • Meet or exceed KPIs and weekly hiring targets to ensure staffing goals are achieved.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of multi‑location recruiting and hiring experience, preferably in retail or sales.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing quality candidates, speed to hire, and volume hiring.
  • Skilled in conducting behavioral‑based interviews.
  • Experience with enterprise‑level ATS/HCM systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to multi‑task and prioritize.
