Position: Recruiting Consultant
Address: Houston, TX
Schedule: In office, half day Fridays
Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000
Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates for active job openings
- Conduct targeted candidate searches using Boolean logic and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Develop and maintain lists of target companies and candidate profiles for specific roles
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
- Schedule and coordinate phone and in-person interviews with hiring managers and clients
- Maintain accurate documentation and candidate records throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications
- 3‑5 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, customer service, sales support, or high‑volume call environments
- Strong research and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Curiosity, professionalism, and a strong interest in talent acquisition
- Ability to work onsite in our Houston office, Monday through Friday
