Responsibilities
- Drive strategic planning and execution across Amazon University Talent Acquisition, including 3‑Year Planning and annual planning (OP1/OP2).
- Own mission‑critical business operations and inspection mechanisms that keep our organization operating at peak performance.
- Lead innovative initiatives that strengthen our organization’s capabilities to recruit the best early career talent.
- Develop scalable frameworks that become the standard for how we operate and grow.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate data insights into actionable solutions that drive meaningful change.

Experience & Education
- 7+ years of HR or business function experience.
- Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience; Master’s degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field preferred.
- Experience working in international cross‑functional teams.
- Strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data.
- Experience creating reports, interpreting metrics, and driving overall insights or analysis.
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards.
- High quality document preparation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams.
- Experience leading cross‑functional projects and managing company‑wide programs.

Compensation and Benefits
The base pay for this position ranges from $134,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $222,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
