Are you a hands-on Controller looking to make an immediate impact on a small manufacturing organization? Well consider this the right opportunity for you!

We have partnered with a manufacturing client in the Houston area. They are looking for a strong hands‑on Controller who can lead a small team responsible for everyday accounting and finance including GL Accounting, month‑end close as well as standard cost accounting, AP/AR analysis, preparing opening balance sheets, etc.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Manufacturing
• Standard costing
• Smaller company experience - this is where the hands‑on piece comes into play
• Ability to roll up your sleeves and perform all the accounting tasks
• Assist with opening balance sheet & validate inventory balances and counts
• AR/AP/Inventory Analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance required
