Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday | Day Shift | Full-Time (40 Hours)
Wage:
$18/hour
Bilingual Preferred:
Spanish and English.

Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
to join our
Adult Day Health team
at the Living Well Adult Day Care. We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable professional who wants to make a difference every day by supporting the health, safety, and well-being of adults in our care.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor the health and safety of participants, ensuring high-quality services are delivered.
Provide hands-on assistance and supervision in daily living activities, personal care, and social integration.
Support participants in developing independence and maintaining dignity.
Assist with recreational and therapeutic activities, including community outings and appointments.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Current
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
certification.
CPR and First Aid certification.
Bilingual in
Spanish
required.
