Summary The Talent Acquisition Partner role is responsible for designing/implementing effective and creative recruitment plans; defining open positions; attracting and hiring diverse, top talent; and delivering metrics necessary to achieve “best in class” talent acquisition.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Sales/Marketing or relevant field preferred.
License/Certifications: Human Resources or Healthcare Recruitment certification preferred.
Experience: Three years of human resources experience required. Healthcare industry experience preferred.
