About the job you’re considering Years Experience: 10-15 Yrs. Your role End-to- end business architecture and supporting technical components for at least 3 Salesforce projects; including integration experience Focus on new org assessments and gathering business requirements and driving solution Participation in each phase of at least three full Salesforce lifecycle implementation At least 2 years of Salesforce Project Management Experience Manage Technical Project Team Members (Onshore & Offshore). Resource allocation and work prioritization, effort estimations with respect to delivering as per agreed timelines, guiding developers with technical solutions and best practices Collaborate closely with Onshore team members to ensure seamless project execution Salesforce • Flows, configuration and admin • Git and Deployment (SFDX) • Sound knowledge of data access and sharing rules (security model) • Experience with common integration patterns used between legacy systems to integrate with Salesforce platform. Your skills and experience At least 8 years of Salesforce implementation experience (at least 5 as a Solutions Architect) Salesforce certifications Minimum 10+ years of Salesforce projects execution with at least 3+ years in lead role. Hands on Salesforce Sales, Service (including Omni-Channel) and Service Cloud Voice implementation experience Systems design experience, with the ability to design or explain complex systems interactions including data flows, common interfaces, APIs and other methods. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills to speak and present to the client. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $105,600-$225,914. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
