8+ years managing IT projects dealing with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
At least 5 years of Commerce Project Management Experience
At least 2 years of Salesforce Commerce Project Management Experience
Modified Agile methodology
Role Description
Demonstrate analytical and qualitative abilities
Participation in each phase of at least 5 full Commerce lifecycle implementations
Management and successful delivery of all phases of at least 5 Commerce engagements
Deep knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies
Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Responsible for the deliverables, cost, schedule, and quality of the project
Develops, reviews, and approves project plan(s) and scope; ensuring all facets of the project deliverables are met
Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
Job Description - Grade Specific
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards
Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
Identifies and manages project risk
Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
Reviews the status reports of team members and addresses issues as appropriate
A proven ability to learn new products, develop functional knowledge and apply new skills in a high‑paced environment
Pre‑sales experience including presentation skills and ability to demo solutions
A strong teamwork ethic is essential

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $93,800-$209,580. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction, including geographic location, education and qualifications, certifications and licenses, relevant experience and skills, seniority and performance, market and business consideration, internal pay equity. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
