Enfinity Global is seeking a Procurement Director to lead strategic sourcing of modules and racking systems for our utility‑scale PV and BESS projects. This role is essential for ensuring timely, cost‑effective acquisition of key components, blending commercial acumen, contractual expertise, technical knowledge, and stakeholder management to deliver competitive, reliable, and sustainable supply outcomes.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for modules and racking systems, aligning them with corporate sustainability goals and project pipeline needs.
Manage procurement activities from market intelligence and RFP development through contract negotiation and award.
Lead supplier qualification and benchmarking against performance, cost, quality, risk, and innovation criteria.
Forecast sourcing needs with business units, ensuring plans support project delivery timelines.
Apply a Total Cost of Ownership framework to evaluate opportunities, optimize the levelized cost of energy, and maximize project returns.
Build and maintain long‑term supplier relationships with manufacturers and technology innovators.
Serve as the key interface between technical, engineering, project, operations, and finance teams to align sourcing decisions with business objectives.
Promote supplier innovation and collaboration to enhance competitiveness, quality, reliability, and sustainability.
Communicate sourcing strategies, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Support global procurement initiatives and corporate sourcing objectives, ensuring consistency with enterprise‑wide supply chain strategies.
Contracting & Negotiation
Lead negotiation of complex commercial terms and master supply agreements (MSAs) and, where applicable, long‑term service agreements (LTSAs).
Collaborate closely with legal, technical, and project teams to structure risk‑balanced, bankable agreements.
Track ongoing supplier performance, ensuring contract compliance and continuous value creation.
Technical & Market Expertise
Maintain strong understanding of module and racking technologies for renewable generation projects.
Analyze market trends, technology shifts, and supply‑chain dynamics to inform sourcing strategies and cost curves.
Support project feasibility and design optimization through cost modeling and technical input on sourcing alternatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Legal, or related field (Master’s and Engineering preferred).
8–12 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement of renewable energy infrastructure equipment, with emphasis on modules and racking systems.
Proven experience in international strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, innovation partnerships, and contract execution.
Track record of negotiating complex commercial contracts and managing MSAs.
Deep knowledge of technical, operational, market, and financial drivers for utility‑scale and standalone storage projects.
Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently across time zones.
High analytical capability, commercial judgement, and comfort managing ambiguity.
Excellent relationship management, influencing, and communication skills at executive level.
Availability to travel to supplier sites or project locations as needed.
Knowledge of U.S. safe harbor, tariffs, FEOC/material assistance, UFLPA, and tax equity financing requirements.
