DACH Contract Manager, Upmarket – German Speaker
Join HubSpot as a DACH Contract Manager, Upmarket – German Speaker (Job ID: POS-31255). This role focuses on handling customers' contracts, ensuring a seamless renewal process and maximizing customer success across Germany.

In This Role, You’ll Provide
Value‑driven contract renewals and negotiation of contract changes while ensuring a superb customer experience.
Collaborative growth of accounts with customers and internal stakeholders, driving incremental opportunities.
Lead approximately 42 customer calls per month.
Coordinate with Sales Representatives, Customer Success Managers, and Management to execute the renewal process and maintain a positive experience for the customer.
Establish cooperative working relationships with customers.
Lead forecasting discussions and pipeline reviews with internal colleagues.
Contribute to the growth of the Contract Management Organization by providing feedback and piloting new processes and playbooks.
We Are Looking For
Fluency in English and German.
Strong negotiation or sales experience.
Passion for creating a great customer experience.
Problem‑solving skills with curiosity and creativity.
Ability to consider multiple perspectives.
Prior account management and/or customer retention experience.
Clear communication skills and effective phone leadership.
Prioritization and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Comfortable in a dynamic and motivating environment.
