Job Purpose: To be responsible for direct technical support of the existing and new customer database covering the whole of DACH.
Job Context: Reporting to Country Manager (DACH)

Key Responsibilities
To provide a high level of technical support to customers and associated service facilities To support the DACH team sales organisations on product demonstrations and evaluations at customer’s premises Support the sales and business development team with pre‑sales activities, including system design and proposal preparation To deliver technical customer training and webinars Attend important project meetings with the DACH sales team and working closely with HVE HQ support organisation Operational support for regional DACH partner network To provide on‑site support at all level Provide written reports on product and customer issues Perform related duties as assigned Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CCTV systems including cameras, DVR’s/NVR’s systems and software solutions Assist in the design, development, and testing of engineering solutions Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems Train clients and internal staff on systems usage and best practises Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Participate in training and knowledge‑sharing activities Ensure proper integration of CCTV systems with access control, alarm systems, and network infrastructure Requirements
Proven experience in a technical support role, dealing with cameras, recorders & software, ideally within the CCTV / Surveillance industry Knowledge of Analogue & IP Knowledge of third‑party products, protocols and associated technologies Ability to converse with customers at all levels, both verbally and electronically Ability to manage and plan their workload effectively Business or Technical Degree Level Education would be desirable, as would industry related qualifications PC Literate – Intermediate & Advanced ‘Microsoft Office’ skills to include Excel Clean Driving Licence Location
The jobholder is required to be at least 2 days per week at Hanwha Vision Europe Ltd, Koelner Strasse 10, 65760 Eschborn, Germany – The role may include extensive travel throughout the DACH region and travel outside of Germany may be required from time to time. Apply
