Primary Job Responsibilities
Provide prompt and courteous customer service, including assisting customers at the gas pump Accurately ring up all sales on the POS system and comply with all cash handling procedures Handle all cash and forms of tender, including coupons Follow company policies, store procedures, safety and environmental policies Receive, stock, and organize merchandise; maintain inventory levels and complete shift audits Participate in safety programs and trainings; attend mandatory job‑related meetings as needed Perform cleaning duties to keep the site clean inside and out, and perform basic maintenance on equipment Identify equipment problems and report them promptly Work collaboratively with teammates; contribute to a positive work environment Perform duties with minimal supervision; work flexible hours and attend meetings or other duties as assigned Physical Demands
Stand/walk entire shift; frequent reaching, grabbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds Ability to see with 20/40 vision (antibiotics allowed) to read inventory, products, and gas pumps Communicate information clearly; exchange accurate information Follow safety procedures, including responding to alarms and contacting 911 for emergencies Frequent squatting, kneeling, pushing/pulling (up to 20 pounds with a hand‑truck), and lifting (up to 20 pounds from floor to waist, and occasionally >50 pounds) Climb stepladders to stock or retrieve materials and signs Exposed to gas fumes, solvents, and occasional noise Qualifications
Minimum age 21 years and legal authorization to work permanently in the U.S. without visa sponsorship High school diploma or GED preferred Retail sales experience and handling cash preferred Basic math skills English communication skills (oral and writing) and proficient telephone communication Ability to work varied shifts, arrive on time, and use equipment, tools, and materials as required Ability to perform essential duties in described conditions Benefits
