Consistently provide prompt and courteous customer service; may be required to assist customers at the gas pump. Accurately ring up all sales on the POS system and comply with all cash handling procedures for all payment types. Manage all cash and other tender forms (including coupons). Adhere to company policies, store procedures, and all safety and environmental policies. Receive, stock, and organize merchandise. Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels and perform shift audits. Attend all safety training and mandatory job‑related meetings as needed. Perform cleaning duties to maintain the store’s cleanliness inside and out, including equipment upkeep. Work cooperatively as a team player to contribute to a positive work environment. Perform all duties with minimal supervision and work flexible hours, attending meetings and other duties as assigned. Physical Demands
Stand and walk for entire shift. Have 20/40 vision (corrective lenses acceptable) to see inventory, gas pumps, and other items. Communicate information clearly and accurately. Follow safety procedures and respond to alarms and emergencies. Frequent reaching overhead, gripping, and wrist/finger dexterity for restocking, packaging, and operating equipment. Frequent squatting and kneeling for accessing items. Ply ability to push/pull up to 20 pounds and lift up to 20 pounds from floor to waist and occasionally to 50 pounds. Climb a stepladder to stock or retrieve materials. Note: Exposure to gas fumes and solvents, and occasional noise may occur. Qualifications
Minimum age 21 and legal authorization to work in the United States. Additional Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred. Retail sales experience and cash handling preferred; basic math skills required. English communication skills (oral and written), including proficient telephone communicate. Reliability for scheduled shifts and punctuality. Ability to work with equipment, tools and materials as required. Ability to perform essential duties under the described conditions. Benefits
