Key Responsibilities
Serve as primary HR partner for assigned departments, offering guidance and support.
Lead full‑cycle recruiting and support workforce planning needs.
Coach leaders and employees on performance, development, and employee relations.
Support employee engagement, onboarding, and retention initiatives.li>
Maintain accurate and confidential HR data and documentation.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and safety standards.
Collaborate with HR team on process improvements, HR technology, and people programs.
Leverage HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years in HR operations/business partner/generalist role.
SHRM‑CP or SHRM‑SCP preferred.
Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools; tech‑adaptable.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
Exceptional communication, relationship‑building, and coaching skills.
Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism in sensitive matters.
Highly organized with ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel occasionally as needed.
