Responsibilities
Consistently provide effective direct care to a variety of patients.
Work as part of an interdisciplinary team, based on licensure, title, and competencies.
Seek, provide, and respond to feedback for improved clinical practice.
Integrate theory and research into clinical practice.
Provide care for ECT, SAINT TMS, Esketamine Administration, and IV Ketamine Infusions.
Work under the direct supervision of the CSM.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing, Nursing Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, or Master’s Degree in Nursing.
Minimum 1 year of Registered Nurse experience.
Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Arkansas.
Excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, strong work ethic, and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
2 or more years of Registered Nurse experience.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Additional Information Employee must successfully complete a UAMS‑sponsored conflict management training within six months of hire. The BHSL Interventional Psychiatry Hospital‑Based Outpatient Department is located in the Psychiatric Research Institute building on the main UAMS campus.
Salary Information Commensurate with education and experience.
