What You’ll Handle

Handling the administration of Trusts and Estates from inception to completion, reviewing and drafting Trust and Probate administration documents and other related documents.

Drafting of Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives and other appropriate estate planning documents.

Review estate planning documents drafted internally by other attorneys and paralegals.

Legal research is required regarding probate, estate planning issues and related areas.

Managing client relationships from consultation through closing.

Explaining legal concepts in plain, reassuring language.

What You Bring

3 years of experience in trusts, estate planning, and probate law.

Strong client communication and interpersonal skills.

Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Highly organized with a client‑first mindset.

Ability to independently manage files while maintaining a personal, empathetic approach.
