We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable person to join our team as the
Lead Direct Support Professional – Night Float , supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.
In this position, you’ll work directly with clients, assist with training overnight staff, and ensure continuity of care across multiple homes during the overnight shift. You won’t be managing a team, but you will be a key resource others rely on.

Group Homes at The Arc Western Montana
What We Offer:
Starting rate of $17.00 an hour
Increase to $19.00 an hour upon successful completion of paid training and certifications
$1 per hour shift differential for time worked 11pm - 7am
Full-time, 40-hour per week schedule
Overnight shift: 11pm – 7am
Paid Train-the-Trainer certification so you can lead with confidence
Fully paid training in CPR, First Aid, Mandt, and more

Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for daily living activities including meals, hygiene, and medication assistance
Visit multiple homes each night as needed and assist with filling overnight shifts
Train and guide overnight staff, ensuring adherence to program standards and safety protocols
Maintain accurate documentation and client records in electronic systems
Support consistency of care by bridging communication between shifts
Perform household tasks such as deep cleaning, inventory, and ensuring homes meet licensing requirements
Create beneficial client projects for use by other shift staff

Requirements: What We're Looking For:
Previous caregiving experience is required, ideally as a Direct Support Professional, CNA, PCA, or similar role
A valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities during overnight shifts
Strong written and verbal communication skills
