A community-focused bank serving Callaway County and the surrounding mid-Missouri area is seeking a Credit Analyst to support commercial lending operations by analyzing risk and helping maintain a strong, high-quality portfolio. Responsibilities
Perform financial analysis and risk ratings on commercial loan requests
Support loan committee preparation by reviewing credit structures and documentation
Ensure loans comply with internal credit policy and regulatory standards
Communicate with lenders to address documentation or credit concerns
Help monitor portfolio performance, risk classifications, and policy exceptions
Participate in credit committee and department meetings
Assist in reporting, audits, and special projects
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
1+ years of experience in credit or financial analysis preferred (internships count!)
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow into new responsibilities
Interest in community banking and serving local businesses throughout Callaway County and mid-Missouri
