Credit Analyst
to support commercial lending by analyzing risk and helping maintain a strong, high‑quality portfolio.

You won’t be stuck behind spreadsheets—you’ll work closely with loan officers, senior credit staff, and executive management.
Responsibilities
Perform financial analysis and risk ratings on commercial loan requests.
Support loan committee preparation by reviewing credit structures and documentation.
Ensure loans align with internal credit policy and regulatory standards.
Partner with lenders to resolve documentation or credit concerns.
Monitor portfolio performance, risk classifications, and policy exceptions.
Participate in credit committee and department meetings.
Assist with portfolio reporting, audits, and special projects.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
1+ years of experience in credit or financial analysis preferred (internships count!).
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
Team‑oriented mindset with a desire to take on new responsibilities.
Interest in community banking and the Jefferson City/Cole County business landscape.
