Responsibilities:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a physician to play a key role in opening a new clinic! Our ideal candidate would be interested in serving as a physician leader, be an energetic team‑player and have a love of patients in the Northland. Brand new, state of the art, clinic on its way! Hoping to have construction completed, Dec 2023. We are in the process of developing a high‑quality, efficient‑service model integrating 2 MD’s, 2 APP’s, Clinic Assistants and other support staff. The model promotes a culture of patient centeredness and staff resilience. Walk‑In care, on‑site Flexible, 0.6‑1.0 FTE 100% outpatient 1:26 telephone call Competitive salary based on regional and national surveys
Requirements:
BC/BE in Family Medicine
Location:
Staples, MN, is located 30 minutes West of Brainerd and 2 hours Northwest of Minneapolis
Staples population: approximately 3,000
Brainerd Lakes Area population: 65,000; Regional service area: 115,000
Compensation:
$323,400. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production‑based compensation.
