Become a SME of the mySchedule tool to support business partners and the field.
Perform testing of new mySchedule releases, drive enhancements, and identify creative solutions for business needs.
Create and provide ongoing documentation of internal processes (i.e. job aid creation and reporting/SOP documentation).
Ability to analyze large amounts of data to create reporting and identify business trends.
Work cross‑functionally with other teams to collaborate and execute on field‑facing strategies and internal workstreams.
Required Qualifications
1+ years experience working across teams on initiatives with a high degree of complexity.
1+ year experience manipulating data and using reporting to drive business outcomes.
1+ year experience testing and deployment of software enhancements.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of total business experience.
1+ year experience using mySchedule tool.
Proven ability to deliver high quality professional communications, presentations, responses and analyses on a wide range of requests by working quickly, independently and with minimal direction.
Proven ability as a self‑starter to take initiative, thrive off a challenge and can think outside of the box to propose new ideas that have not been tried before.
Proven ability to deliver results in complex, fast‑paced environments.
Proven ability to exhibit model professional behaviors that are consistent with collaborating with senior leadership and that demonstrate a strong bias for inclusion, collaboration, building trust, driving for and delivering results as well as supporting innovation and change.
Proven ability to work with multiple reports to synthesize insights and outline meaningful, actionable steps for the field to implement to represent Workforce Management and its leadership teams by delivering high quality, timely reports. Must be able to analyze data and metrics to work with impacted areas to develop, and communicate recommendations.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with workforce management processes and extensive knowledge of retail business operations, including pharmacy.
Broad mindset with an ability to consider the long‑term execution of strategy as well as the short‑term detail‑oriented steps needed in developing solutions.
Advanced skills in MS Office.
Experience with Excel, Access, Tableau and SQL.
Experience in healthcare services (e.g., pharmacy, hospitals/health systems, primary care) and/or healthcare IT and digital health.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required (e.g., Economics, Finance, Public Health, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Information Science) or equivalent.
MBA, MPH, PharmD or master’s degree in an analytical or healthcare‑related field (e.g., MBA, Master’s in Economics/Finance or Master’s in public health) is preferred.
Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40. Time Type: Full time.
Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 – $112,200.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
