WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are hiring a North America Logistics Manager to lead and scale Venum’s U.S. logistics, fulfillment, and supply chain operations from our New York headquarters.
This role is for a disciplined, hands‑on operator who can balance cost control, speed, accuracy, and scalability across a rapidly growing multi‑channel business. You are highly structured, data‑driven, and comfortable managing complexity across 3PLs, carriers, inventory flows, and internal stakeholders.
You will play a critical role in improving profitability, reducing operational risk, and enabling growth across e‑commerce, retail, and Team Sports.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Own end-to-end logistics operations across North America, including inbound freight, warehousing, fulfillment, and outbound shipping.
Ensure seamless support for all channels:
Venum.com (DTC)
Amazon (1P / 3P where applicable)
Retail & wholesale partners
Team Sports & B2B orders
3PL Strategy & Performance Management
Own the relationship with Venum’s U.S. 3PL partners, including current operations and future network expansion.
Review and renegotiate existing 3PL contracts as needed.
Evaluate the need for multiple warehouse locations to improve speed, cost, and scalability.
Define, track, and enforce SLAs, including:
On‑time shipment rate
Pick/pack accuracy
Inventory accuracy
Returns processing time
Hold partners accountable to performance targets and cost discipline.
Inventory Flow, Forecasting & Demand Alignment
Partner closely with E‑commerce, Amazon, Retail, and Category teams to align inventory flow with demand forecasts.
Improve inventory turnover and reduce excess and aged inventory.
Reduce stockouts and overselling risk across channels.
Support product segmentation strategies by channel.
Lead inbound freight strategy for North America.
Reduce reliance on air freight through improved planning and ordering timelines.
Optimize ocean freight usage, container planning, and landed cost.
Manage freight forwarders and carrier relationships.
Track freight KPIs and margin impact.
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
Build scalable logistics processes that support growth without disruption.
Improve SOPs across inbound, outbound, and returns.
Implement reporting and dashboards for logistics KPIs.
Identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
Team Sports & Custom Order Support
Support the growth of Team Sports and B2B programs by ensuring logistics can handle:
Custom and personalized products
School and club delivery timelines
Seasonal peaks and reorders
Partner closely with the Team Sports Category Manager to align logistics capabilities with program needs.
Cross‑Functional Leadership
Work daily with:
E‑commerce Director (forecasting, promotions, launches)
Marketing Director (campaign timing and inventory readiness)
Category Managers (Combat Sports, Team Sports, Motorsports)
Finance (COGS, freight, inventory valuation)
Customer Service (delivery issues, returns, customer experience)
Serve as the operational backbone that enables growth while protecting service levels and margin.

WHAT YOU BRING
7–12+ years of logistics, supply chain, or operations experience
Proven experience managing 3PLs and multi‑channel fulfillment
Strong understanding of U.S. distribution, warehousing, and freight
Experience supporting:
DTC e‑commerce
Amazon / marketplace operations
Wholesale and retail partners
Strong analytical skills and comfort owning operational KPIs
Track record of reducing freight costs and improving inventory efficiency
Highly organized, execution‑focused, and process‑driven
Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS This role will be compensated with a good‑faith pay range of $110,000 – $140,000. This range represents the minimum and maximum base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. Final base pay will depend on several factors, including the applicant’s qualifications, relevant experience, education, certifications or professional licenses, and overall performance throughout the interview process.
This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance and a 401(k) matching program. This role may also be eligible for an annual performance‑based bonus award. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. Venum offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
