Job Summary We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant, Salesforce Lightning Developer. In this position, you will be responsible for coding, testing, and delivering high‑quality deliverables, and should be willing to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

Understand business requirements and deliver high‑quality technical solutions that empower the Marketing teams to utilize the Marketing Cloud automation platform.

Support the email and channel marketing team with building custom queries, email templates, AMPscript‑based dynamic templates, automation jobs, and build out comprehensive customer 1:1 journey.

Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Lightning Platform to design and implement solutions.

Maintain strong project management and organizational skills.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Experience supporting and working with cross‑functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

Experience with the Salesforce platform and hands‑on knowledge of Salesforce Lightning in the financial industry.

Ability to deploy rapid prototypes to quickly visualize challenges and credibly propose solutions.

Basic knowledge of integrating Salesforce with third‑party vendors and API integration to RESTful services.

Strong programming skills in Reports, Dashboards, and Workflows.

Good knowledge of databases, including SQL and SOQL.

Understanding of DevOps best practices (Version Control, CI/CD tools, Salesforce DX, etc.) and ability to set up fully functional CI/CD pipelines with Git and SFDX.

Knowledge of the full development life cycle, including Agile methodologies.

Good knowledge of Apex test classes and scripts with clean, flexible, and maintainable code.

Good to have knowledge on Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including but not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.

Location Work‑from‑Anywhere Roles – Los Angeles, California‑based candidates are not eligible for this role. Other location‑based roles, such as Richardson, are adjusted by the role location.
