The Staff Development Coordinator plans, implements, evaluates and oversees the total staff development program of orientation and in-service education in accordance with State and Federal regulations. Works in conjunction with the leadership team to identify and prioritize learning needs, develop and implement plans to address needs and evaluate outcomes of interventions, with a focus on quality, safety and staff development. Assumes the role of facility Infection Control Coordinator and Abuse and Neglect Officer.

Our comprehensive slate of inpatient services ranges from post-acute medical care to short- and long-term rehabilitation and continued skilled nursing care.
Required Qualifications
Require one (1) year of experience in Long Term Care Facility.
Mandatory Education
BSN: Bachelor of Science Nursing
Required License and Certs
BLS: Basic Life Support/CPR
FL RN: FL Registered Nurse License
