The Roles

Registered Nurse The RN is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility for prescribing, delegating, and coordinating nursing care for a group of residents for a designated time frame. Care is provided via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment/instrumentation, and other health care team members. The RN will be competent to provide resident care according to the specific needs of the population as defined in the unit‑specific addendum. Salary Range:

$32.50/hr – $51.10/hr (based on years of experience and equity)

Certified Nursing Assistant Perform tasks supportive to delivery of resident care in a long‑term care environment that meets or exceeds state, federal, and facility expectations under the direction of a licensed nurse. Salary Range:

$19.00/hr – $27.00/hr (based on years of experience and equity)

Required Qualifications

RN's

Active Florida RN License or a Multistate license

BLS (Basic Life Support) – through American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program

Clear background check & AHCA Level 2 screening, and pass a drug screening

CNA's

Active Florida CNA License

BLS (Basic Life Support) – through American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Clear background check & AHCA Level 2 screening, and pass a drug screening

Ability to be flexible with work assignments
