What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage the successful delivery of LTSS and Dual Eligible programs

Ensure compliance with LTSS requirements and track program KPIs

Drive cross-functional communication and collaboration among stakeholders

Oversee program scope, schedule, and change impacts, ensuring alignment with business strategy

Produce detailed reports and maintain ongoing communications with senior management and stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Minimum of three (3) years of program management experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and project management software

Strong analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills

Experience managing projects with budgets of up to $10M+

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Master’s degree in a related field

Deep understanding of project management processes and development lifecycle, ideally Agile

Strong experience in the healthcare payer industry, specifically with Medicaid and Medicare

Exceptional interpersonal and relationship‑building skills

Proven ability to lead a large project team effectively
