What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Coordinate the management of multiple related projects aimed at achieving common business objectives
Partner with business leaders to develop program road maps and implementation plans
Manage program communications and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Oversee financial management, including budget development and financial projections for the program
Facilitate risk management and address program issues to ensure successful project execution
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum 6 years of experience in project management/program management, leading large and complex projects
Minimum 6 years of experience with various project management methodologies, tools, and software
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate project teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong analytical abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Proven ability to navigate complex organizational landscapes and manage multiple stakeholders
Experience in financial management to ensure program meets budget and return on investment requirements
Demonstrated ability to be a decision-maker with balanced consideration of business issues
Strategic skills to support envisioning work, program planning, and forecasting
Willingness to travel as required (estimate 10%)
