About the Role This full-time, on-site position involves managing all aspects of personal injury cases, from intake to trial. You will conduct legal research, draft documents, take depositions, and advocate for clients.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) and active California bar license
3-8 years of personal injury litigation experience, with trial focus
Experience with depositions and hearings
Strong litigation, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as a team
Growth Opportunity: Potential to manage your own caseload within a year, depending on experience.
