Overview of Responsibilities
Verify that parts being produced and used by production meet print specifications dimensionally and visually
Inspect and document measurements using a variety of precision measuring instruments
Check for visual and dimensional defects in the parts
Generate material review request for suspect product
Inspect device labels for accuracy and completeness
Assist First Article Inspection staff with first article inspection related projects
General Responsibilities
Communicate with Quality staff regarding parts currently in production
Follow prescribed Quality Work Instructions/IPs and utilize equipment as directed
Responsibility to protect Donatelle confidential information and Intellectual Property
Follow safety requirements as outlined in the safety manual
Perform other projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications Education/Experience
Mathematics course work at a high school level required
Preferred: Three years of inspection experience in plastic injection molding, metal machining or medical assembly
Other Qualifications And Desired Skills
Preferred: ASQ CQI
Requirements Physical Requirements
Ability to work in a general office environment
Lifting up to 35 pounds
20/20 vision with or without corrective lenses
Hourly wage: $18.97-$26.00 per hour
