Senior Sales Account Executive – C&C Service, a Crete United Company
Location: Stamford, Connecticut; Territory: Lower Fairfield County, Westchester County, and New York City.

Responsibilities
Own and grow a defined commercial HVAC service territory across Connecticut and New York.
Prospect, develop, and close new business with building owners, property managers, facility leaders, and general contractors.
Expand existing accounts through contract renewals, service agreements, and upsell opportunities.
Work closely with operations and service leadership to ensure sold work is delivered profitably and professionally.
Maintain an active pipeline with accurate forecasting and disciplined follow‑up.
Represent C&C Service and Crete United with professionalism in the market and at industry events.
Qualifications
7+ years of successful B2B sales experience in commercial HVAC, mechanical services, or related building services.
Strong knowledge of service agreements, preventative maintenance programs, and project‑based service work.
Track record of selling into Class A commercial buildings, healthcare, education, industrial, or mixed‑use facilities.
Comfort operating independently while collaborating with operations and leadership.
High integrity, strong business judgment, and a long‑term mindset.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary up to $150,000, depending on experience.
Uncapped commission with strong earning potential.
