We’re looking for a motivated, self-starting
Receiving Supervisor
who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a growing organization with a strong foundation.
Position Overview The Receiving Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all receiving and warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with cGMP and ISO standards.
Reports to: Purchasing Manager
Key Responsibilities
Organize and maintain the warehouse to maximize space and efficiency
Receive and process incoming orders in the Fishbowl inventory system
Stage, load, and unload raw materials and finished goods
Stock, maintain, and audit warehouse inventory
Pick orders and build production kits as needed
Transfer materials between warehouse locations based on release status and production needs
Log all shipments and receipts accurately in required logbooks
Manage inventory and issuance of all labels; maintain continuous label logs
Ensure all visitors follow sign-in procedures and cGMP requirements
Verify trucks and trailers meet cGMP cleanliness standards
Maintain clean, organized work areas
Operate in accordance with all SOPs related to shipping and receiving
Maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2008 standards
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
Prior experience working within
ISO 9001:2008
environments
Working knowledge of quality management systems, including
5S organization
