We are seeking a strategic‑minded, hands‑on manager to join and lead our warehouse team. The Warehouse & Inventory Manager will be a critical member of the team that will help drive positive culture for our inventory, shipping & receiving processes while coordinating all inbound and outbound deliveries. This position will also be responsible for tracking our inventory to assure accuracy and play a key role in reconciling receivable goods from our various suppliers.
What you’ll do in this role…
Supervise warehouse, picking, packing & shipping employees.
Ensure all inventory and components for manufacture travelers are picked correctly.
Ensure all items are received correctly.
Ensure all orders are picked & shipped correctly.
Ensure all paperwork is completed as required.
Manage all freight shipments & pickups.
Coordinate and interact with other departments, including purchasing, QA, manufacturing, etc.
Database entry of received and shipped items
Receiving of goods from supplier purchase orders
Inventory management of finished and raw goods, including bin location assignment
Performing cycle counts, and leading the physical inventory performed at the site.
What you’ll need for this position…
2‑5 years’ experience as a Warehouse/Shipping & Receiving manager
2‑5 years’ experience with inventory management software
The ability to lead a team and work directly with other departments
