Location:

Fort Worth, TX

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 4 pm - 12:30 am, with flexibility as needed.

Role Description:

You will manage staff, foster a positive work environment, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain departmental operation. You will have a hands‑on approach to implement strategies that boost productivity and help the company reach revenue goals. This role reports to and is backed by the Senior Operations Manager, Fulfillment Operations.

What you’ll do

Direct operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, and recruiting.

Ensure merchant expectations are met and exceeded.

Manage performance KPIs, track key metrics, and plan continuous improvement efforts for your facility.

Use data‑driven reports and analyses to identify improvement avenues and propose solutions.

Hire, train, coach, and motivate team members; set and manage team goals.

Establish, follow, and enforce safety standards and procedures in compliance with regulations.

Share knowledge on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs across locations and headquarters.

Ensure all operational processes (receiving, storage, handling, shipping) maintain product safety, quality, and legality.

Perform additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.

What you’ll bring to the table

4+ years of leadership experience.

Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, General Management, or related field (preferred).

Track record of ownership and result delivery.

Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma.

Compensation:

The full base pay range for this position is $64,196 – $106,994. We target a salary range of $85,000 – $90,000 for this role. In addition to base salary, eligibility for the company’s discretionary bonus plan is available.
