Base pay range $165,000.00/yr - $205,000.00/yr
About the Role Confido is building an AI-native operating system for brands that sell into brick‑and‑mortar retail. We’re building intuitive and powerful software paired with AI agents that help brands automate the thousands of hours of tedious manual work that goes into scaling a brand in retail. Brands like Baskin Robbins and Olipop use our first products in accounting and planning to account for and plan for $Bs of retail revenue. We have best‑in‑class growth (5x YoY), efficiency, and we’ve recently raised a $15M Series A to build on the existing momentum. You will be on our Business Operations team and report to the Head of Business Operations.
What You’ll Do
Leverage deep technical & CPG industry knowledge to provide strategic guidance and support to existing customers, ensuring successful adoption and optimization of our software solutions.
Partner with product development team to identify, prioritize, and define new software features based on CPG industry needs, market gaps, and client feedback.
Serve as a primary Accounting & CPG subject matter expert, translating complex business processes (cash application, deductions management, trade accruals, period close) into clear product requirements and user stories.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at leading CPG companies, acting as trusted advisor on business process optimization and technology solutions.
Drive client success initiatives including implementation support, training, and ongoing consultation to maximize software ROI and strengthen customer retention.
About You
5+ years in Consumer Packaged Goods with demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following areas: General Accounting, A/R Accounting, Trade Management, Trade Optimization.
Passion for being at the technology leading edge, driving automation and optimization of core CPG functions through innovative software solutions.
Trade accounting experience strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of complex deductions management workflows.
Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
You’re both competitive and kind.
Willingness to work at our NYC Headquarters 5 days a week.
