Team Manager Developmental
Sam’s Club is looking for a Team Manager Developmental to lead and develop an amazing team across our Member Experience, Fresh Area, Merchandising and Freight Flow workgroups. The successful candidate will be member‑obsessed, grow sales, and develop associates to reach their full potential.
Base Pay $62,000 – $84,000 per year.
Responsibilities

Build a culture of accountability and community involvement.
Ensure the team delivers results while keeping the customer/member first.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of college OR 1 year retail experience with 6 months supervisory experience OR 2 years general work experience with 1 year supervisory experience. Military experience counts as 3 years.
Preferred: Knowledge of Environmental Compliance, Retail P&L management, supervisory experience, cold chain compliance.
