Responsibilities and Duties Provide advanced critical care services within the ICU Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and complex patient cases Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based care Perform procedures and interventions within the scope of critical care practice Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory standards
Additional Information Wisconsin NP license required Board certification required: Critical Care Medicine (AANP or ANCC for FNP) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required Credentialing process may take up to 90 days; expedited or emergency credentialing available for candidates with clean backgrounds
